{strawberry cupcakes with strawberry frosting}

Happy Tuesday! I’m baking up some strawberry cupcakes this afternoon- perfect for a sunny Spring afternoon! These cupcakes are ideal for those of us that love a little sweet treat made with fresh berries. For this batch, I used one of my favorite Martha Stewart recipes- her Strawberry Cupcake recipe that can be found here. For the frosting, I LOVE Sprinkles’ Strawberry Frosting recipe that is also found over on Martha Stewart’s site. After an afternoon of using a hand mixer, I discovered one thing that is for sure….I need a stand mixer. Big time. This girl’s arm is sore ūüôā Haha

Here’s what you’ll need for the cupcakes:¬†

  5. Add flour and milk, mix until well combined
