Say hello to one of the easiest cookie recipes around! Light, buttery and the perfect accompianment to a warm class of tea or cup of coffee. This shortbread can be whipped up with ingredients you’ve most likely got hanging around in your pantry. When life gives you those last minute calendar engagements that require a sweet treat, make this your go-to! Don’t be afraid to mix and match with different ingredients. I am a fan of adding pistachios or pecans and dipping in milk chocolate. 🙂 I’m looking forward to serving these at cookie exchanges this season.
